To use X-Lite to make X-Lite-to-X-Lite voice and video calls, send instant messages and see users presence, you need to register for SoftPhone.com. After downloading the latest version of X-Lite, X-Lite 5, you will be prompted to register, or you can register by clicking the Softphone > Register for SoftPhone.com option within the client.
